The conference will retain its focus on a variety of issues related to community forestry including community tree management, trees and development, and the contribution the presence of trees makes to the social and physical health of the community. Our sessions will be designed for the variety of professionals and volunteers who influence our community forests and encourage meaningful discussion and networking opportunities. We are hoping to build on our previous success in involving new and non-traditional partners who can bring new perspectives to community tree efforts. The final morning of the conference will be devoted to community tree-related tours in the Atlanta area.
